Keep up with all the goodness!

This year's Artist's Way Circles will only be offered as part of the 13-Week Creative Journey!

The Artist's way--let's do this!

Circle up cuz we’re doing the Artist’s Way friends!  Let’s recover our creativity together!

Are you are a creative mom who needs a little more creative space in her life?  An artist who is bored or blocked? A professional who has the creative itch but just hasn’t found the time to scratch it?

This is the opportunity for you.

Have you ever thought of doing Julia Cameron’s Artist’s Way but you only got as far as buying the book?  Or you got halfway through and just dropped the ball?  Or maybe you’ve done it in the past on your own but would like to try it out with a group?

This is the opportunity for you.

Or maybe you have some very good reasons/excuses not to do it like…

“I am not creative.”  Oh honey, think back to being a little child— if you can’t think back to your own childhood watch a child.  All children are creative.  As adults at some point we just lost it— or decided to leave it.  And anything lost or left can be recovered!

“I don’t have time for that.”  How’s that working for you?  My guess is that since you are still reading this maybe now is the time that you don’t have time NOT to do it.

Got more excuses- or very good reasons- for not having followed through?

This is the opportunity for you.

You are totally worth it my friends.

WHAT ARE WE GOING TO BE DOING?

Simply doing the work that millions before have done— working one chapter at a time out of Julia Cameron’s book, The Artist’s Way.

This is an exclusive and intimate group of 8 individuals (including me:).

For 13 Weeks we will meet online for two hours per session. We will work on one chapter of The Artist’s Way per week: reading the material, completing the exercises, and sharing our findings and progress with each other.

This is a peer group-  I will be facilitating but there is no guru just us all working in a circle of equality. You have your own answers within you.  And together we can support each other in uncovering them as we safely cross a bridge into new realms of creative spiritual awareness.

To keep a safe space, we listen as a group with no cross talk.  We listen.  We do not need to comment on another person's sharing in order to help that person. We must refrain from trying to"fix" someone else. When listening, go around the circle without commenting unduly on what is heard. The circle, as a shape, is very important. We are intended to witness, not control, one another.

What is your commitment?

The main commitment is to respect yourself and your process.  You will be expected to write your morning pages each day and take yourself on a weekly artist date.  You will be expected to attend the weekly online meetings not just for yourself but out of support and mutual respect for the others in the group.

If you don’t believe that you and your creativity are worth it, I can assure you that you are.
